KITE’s Parent Ambassadors to Offer Free Parent Wellness Series to Enfield Caregivers
KITE’s Parent Ambassadors know caregivers have had it rough the last couple of years. As Parents themselves, they recognize many caregivers often put their family’s needs ahead of their own. This FREE Wellness series is designed to help caregivers destress through 1-hour workshops that focus on Art Therapy, Meditation, Yoga and more.
The Series is free and runs Sept – Nov at Henry Barnard Elementary. You can register for one or all. Childcare and dinner are included, but you must register in advance. with Circle of Creativity – Reset through Art Therapy.
